Mars Cuyler Policies

Please read below the policies of Mars Cuyler before booking an appointment.
  • DEPOSIT REQUIRED: All appointments must place a $75 deposit to schedule. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • NO REFUNDS: There is a STRICT no refund policy. If you're deciding at the last minute you no longer want a tattoo for reasons like medical or financial, please contact me and we can discuss further options.

  • NON-TRANSFERABLE/NON-RESELLABLE: If you have purchased hours, a special, or a gift certificate, you CANNOT give or resell the hours to someone else in the event you change your mind. Your hours are valid till the date that is posted on the certificate.

  • NO ADVANCED PAYMENT'S: I only accept the deposit upon booking your appointment. You pay the rest of the amount at your appointment.

  • CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS: If you're cancelling your appointment due to personal reasons like medical, financial, etc., I will honor the hours you have bought until you're ready to schedule. Life happens, and we can explore options that will work best for your situation. If you are wanting to cancel your appointment, please contact me. Give me at least 24-48 hours to respond.

  • MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If you have missed an appointment, I will reach out to you by the end of the day and we can reschedule at no charge.

  • WALK-INS: I am usually booked 2-3 weeks out and mostly appointment based. If there's days for a walk-in, they will be posted here on my website or on my Facebook page.
