Please read below the policies of Mars Cuyler before booking an appointment.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: ALL appointments require a deposit to get on schedule. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO REFUNDS: If you're deciding last minute you no longer want a tattoo for reasons like medical or financial, please contact me and we can discuss further options.
NON-TRANSFERABLE/NON-RESELLABLE: If you have purchased hours, a special, or a gift certificate you CANNOT give or resell hours to someone else in the event you change your mind.
NO ADVANCED PAYMENTS: I only accept the deposit when booking your appointment. You pay the rest of the amount at your appointment. NO PAYMENT PLANS
CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS: If you're cancelling your appointment due to personal reasons like medical, financial, etc., please contact me and we will explore the best options for you. Life happens, if you work with me, I will work with you.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If you miss an appointment, I will reach out by the end of the day to get you rescheduled.
3 STRIKE RULE: Miss three appointments and you lose your deposit.
WALK-INS: I am usually booked at least 2-3 weeks out and mainly appointment based. If there's days available for a walk-in, they will be posted on my Facebook or website.
